Description
Provides students with directed exposure to an actual job situation. Students will be placed in a work site for 90 hours of fieldwork that will provide exposure to a career of interest to the student.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Gain experience in a career field through direct exposure to an actual job situation
- Student will be able to describe learning experiences and observations
- Demonstrate relevant, basic skills which will be applicable to future career goals
- Add relevant work experience to a professional resume
Prerequisites
Permission of instructor required. Must be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5 and a minimum of 12 semester hours completed.
